Less ice

Well, windy again last nite.  Cottages checked and no problem seen.  It is remarkable that with so many hydro lines running through the forest, that the trees manage to fall away from the lines.  Go figure.

Remarkable disappearance of ice from much of the road.

 

Ice Road

 The road is almost completely ice covered.  The hills are nasty.  A challenge for atvs.

Wind storm

 Last nite was very windy.  All the cottages have been checked with no damage.  Slippery road.

One

tree uprooted but away from the road.  Numerous branches down.

First deep snow.
